π Key Responsibilities
β Customer Support & Troubleshooting
- Interact directly with customers to identify and resolve technical issues
- Guide users through step-by-step solutions
- Provide timely and accurate feedback
- Follow up to ensure complete issue resolution
β Hardware & Software Management
- Install and configure hardware and software systems
- Replace or repair faulty components when necessary
- Conduct electrical safety checks on equipment
β Documentation & Case Handling
- Create procedural documentation and support guides
- Manage multiple support cases simultaneously
- Use help desk software and remote desktop tools effectively
β Technology Evaluation
- Test and evaluate new technologies
- Support roll-out and implementation of new applications
