About the Team
Eightfold’s product helps Enterprises worldwide to engage and retain workers by delivering substantiated development paths for workers, directors & elderly Leaders and HR labor force.
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Develop, emplace, and maintain robotic support structure for a product.
- Work nearly with product directors, inventors, and support brigades to insure the smooth operation of the product and to ameliorate the quality of support services unite with cross-functional brigades to identify and prioritize areas for automation.
- Design, make, and manage nonstop integration and delivery channels for product support systems and tools.
- Examiner, assay, and optimize system performance, relating and resolving issues, and furnishing recommendations for perfecting effectiveness and scalability.
- Troubleshoot, debug, and resolve issues with product support systems and tools as they arise share in on- call reels and address product incidents as they arise give training and support to other platoon members to insure successful relinquishment of automation tools and processes.
- Develop and maintain attestation and runbooks for product support automation structure and processes unite with development brigades to ensure that the product is designed with supportability in mind and incorporate support conditions into the development process share in product release planning and testing to ensure that product support automation structure is prepared for new releases.
Minimum Conditions
- Bachelorette’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or affiliated field.
- 1+ year of experience in a DevOps or automation engineer role.
- Experience in developing and maintaining robotic support tools, scripts, and processes.
- Experience in nonstop integration and delivery (CI/ CD) channel development and operation Proficient in scripting languages similar as Python, Bash, or PowerShell.
- Experience with pall- grounded structure (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Strong knowledge of DevOps and nimble methodologies.
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging issues with support automation structure and product support systems.
- Excellent communication and collaboration chops.
