Job Summary:

We are seeking a dedicated Quality Analyst (QA) Engineer to join our team in Vadodara. The ideal candidate will collaborate with our development team within an agile environment to create, execute, and refine product test plans, ensuring that our software products meet stringent design specifications and quality standards.

Responsibilities:

• Gain a thorough understanding of project requirements.
• Develop detailed, structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform manual testing on web and mobile applications.
• Log software defects with severity and priority in Jira.
• Participate in root cause analysis of product issues.
• Enhance knowledge of existing projects, operations, and systems.
• Contribute to the improvement of the overall testing strategy and participate in daily stand-up meetings.
• Adhere to and promote Agile process practices.

Qualifications:

• 1-3 years of experience in manual testing, including API testing.
• Experience in the eCommerce or ERP domain is preferable.
• Proficient in end-to-end testing and various other testing types (sanity, smoke, regression, integration, cross-browser, compatibility, etc.).
• Solid understanding of QA concepts, methodologies, SDLC, STLC, defect life cycle, test design techniques, testing estimation, test case documentation, defect logging, and defect analysis.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and detail-oriented skills.
• Self-motivated with strong communication skills.

Desirable Skills:

• Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
• Experience using test management tools and platforms like Jira.
• A commitment to continuous professional development.
