Job Description

We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as SDET-1. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing automated tests, as well as writing test cases and conducting manual testing for our software products. To be successful in this role, the ideal candidate must possess excellent communication skills, good logical skills, and hold a degree in Computer Science or a related field. Any prior experience in testing courses will be an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Develop automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks.
2. Work closely with developers and stakeholders to understand software requirements and design effective test cases.
3. Conduct manual testing and identify, report, and track issues/bugs.
4. Create and maintain test plans and test cases for various software applications.
5. Analyze test results, identify root causes of defects, and provide solutions.
6. Participate in code reviews and provide feedback on code quality.
7. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products.

Description:

4. Creating and maintaining test plans and test cases for various software applications is another important responsibility. The successful candidate will need to be highly organized and detail-oriented to ensure that all test cases are accurate and up-to-date.
5. Analyzing test results, identifying root causes of defects, and providing solutions is an essential part of the role. The candidate will need to have strong problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with the development team to find effective solutions.
6. Participating in code reviews and providing feedback on code quality is another important responsibility. The candidate will need to have a strong understanding of coding standards and best practices and be able to provide constructive feedback to the development team.
7. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality software products is the final responsibility of the role. Job Requirements:
