Job Description:
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
• Manage Mac software requests
• produce and test software install packages for Mac OS
• Integrate Mac software packages into JAMF
• Publish Mac apps into the App Portal.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Enterprise Mac engineering & support experience.
- • expansive JAMF Pro experience specifically with Casper Admin, Casper Composer and Casper Remote.
- expansive knowledge of the MacOS train system.
- Skill of IOS software update process JAMF.
- MacOS security hardening experience.
- Imaging Mac computers.
- establishing install way and procedures of new software installs.
- Troubleshooting Mac software installs that do not work.
- produce a checkout procedure/ attestation to test new Mac software installs against.
- JAMF Self Service knowledge. Expert in BASH and Shell script
- executive experience on Windows and/ or Unix platforms
- Demonstrated capability to develop customized results to meet business conditions.
- Advanced problem working chops and the capability to work collaboratively with other departments to resolve complex issues with innovative results.
- Demonstrated capability to prioritize work cargo and meet design deadlines.
- Capability to acclimatize in a dynamic work terrain and make independent opinions.
- Strong client service focus
- Excellent oral and spoken communication chops.
- amenability to work a flexible schedule to accommodate design deadline.
