Eligibility Criteria:
The tasks involve designing, constructing, testing, assembling, and configuring applications based on business requirements. It is essential to comprehend business drivers that may influence performance and deliver software that meets those expectations. Embracing technology trends and contributing to the development of automation solutions, new features, and technologies to integrate with existing solutions are also part of the responsibilities. Additionally, the role includes taking charge of incident resolution and providing support to customers through various channels, such as voice interaction, email, chat, and remote assistance.
Responsibilities:
- Proficiency in anticipating and resolving business issues with agility.
- Multi-disciplinary and adaptable, with a quick aptitude for learning and applying new skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, along with excellent verbal and communication skills.
- Consistent delivery of code within designated timelines and quality expectations, actively participating in peer reviews.
- Taking ownership of successfully implementing solutions.
- Providing support for infrastructure operations and/or managing delivery for IT production systems and services.
- Willingness to relocate for project deployment to any part of India and work in 24X7 shifts as per business requirements.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Basic understanding of ABAP Development on HANA, CDS, AMDP, and Performance Analysis.
- Experience or knowledge in the configuration and customization of Salesforce.com applications.
- Good working knowledge of J2EE and full stack development.
- Knowledge and development experience in .NET (ASP.NET/ASP.NET MVC).
