🔹 Role Overview
As a Quality Inspector, you will be responsible for inspecting raw materials and finished products, performing functional testing, ensuring compliance with quality standards, and supporting production processes in a manufacturing environment.
🔹 Key Responsibilities
- Inspect incoming raw materials (resin, colorants, packaging materials)
- Verify supplier documents and COAs
- Perform finished product inspection for caps and bottles
- Use measuring instruments (Vernier Caliper, Height Gauge, Magna Mike)
- Conduct functional tests (torque, drop, leakage, compression)
- Monitor molding parameters (weight, thickness, defects)
- Ensure line clearance and SOP/GMP compliance
- Maintain reports, logs, and quality documentation
- Identify defects and raise NCRs
- Coordinate corrective and preventive actions
🔹 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 0–4 years of experience (Freshers can apply)
- Diploma in Mechanical / CIPET (DPT/PPT preferred)
- Knowledge of plastics or manufacturing is a plus
- Basic understanding of quality inspection tools
- Good communication skills (English)
