About the Role
ClearRoute is seeking a Senior SDET with strong expertise in Kubernetes and Docker to drive quality engineering initiatives across cloud-native projects.
This role focuses on building scalable testing strategies for containerized applications, ensuring reliable deployments, and collaborating with development teams to enhance overall software quality.
Key Responsibilities
Cloud-Native Test Engineering
- Develop and execute test cases within Kubernetes environments
- Design and implement robust testing strategies using Docker products
- Validate application deployments in Docker Swarm setups
- Support container orchestration and cluster-level validation
Quality & Optimization
- Analyze test results and document defects for rapid resolution
- Collaborate with developers to improve CI/CD-driven testing workflows
- Maintain detailed testing documentation to support faster release cycles
Deployment & Support
- Provide technical testing support during deployments aligned with Pune-based teams
- Ensure smooth project transitions aligned with notice period requirements
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Strong hands-on experience orchestrating Kubernetes clusters
- Deep understanding of Docker, Docker Swarm, and container-based architectures
- Experience in cloud-native testing strategies
- Comfortable working in collaborative, cross-functional environments
- Ready to join within 15 days (preferred)
- Willing to align with Pune-based project collaboration
