🎯 Role Overview
As a Test Analyst / Automation Engineer, you will design and execute test cases, perform functional and performance testing, and collaborate closely with development teams to ensure product quality.
The ideal candidate is analytical, detail-focused, and capable of thinking from an end-user perspective. You should be comfortable questioning assumptions, documenting findings clearly, and communicating effectively with both technical teams and clients.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Test Planning & Execution
- Create, document, and execute comprehensive test cases
- Perform functional, regression, and performance testing
- Manage and track test cases and bugs
✅ Automation & Performance Testing
- Work with tools such as:
- Selenium WebDriver
- Cypress
- Playwright
- Appium
- JMeter
- TestNG
- Conduct load testing and validate system stability
✅ Defect Management & Reporting
- Track and report defects using tools like JIRA
- Communicate issues clearly to development teams
- Prepare client-ready documentation for IT audiences
✅ Agile Collaboration
- Work closely with developers and stakeholders
- Participate in Agile ceremonies and follow QA best practices
💡 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3–8 years of experience in QA / Automation Testing
- Strong knowledge of QA processes and testing methodologies
- Hands-on experience with Selenium, Appium, JMeter, or similar tools
- Familiarity with defect tracking tools (JIRA or equivalent)
- Exposure to Agile methodologies
- Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
- Strong analytical mindset and attention to detail
