Job Description

In the development of new Epsilon products and services, testing plays a crucial role. As a Test Engineer, you will collaborate closely with our development team and program managers to identify and eliminate any bugs or issues in the product, enhancing the quality of the final platform to provide a seamless experience for end users.

As a Loyalty Quality Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

• Identifying the scope and appropriate testing methods for each requirement.
• Assessing and evaluating unit test coverage and results.
• Creating and executing test cases/scripts, and tracking results throughout all testing phases, including smoke, functional, integration, and regression testing.
• Using ALM tools such as VSTS to create and execute test cases, as well as maintain traceability.
• Designing SQL queries for ETL testing, specifically to test reports, imports, and extracts.
• Identifying potential challenges or risks based on test outcomes.
• Assessing downstream and upstream impact for a change request.
• Conducting system performance testing and ensuring ongoing maintenance.

The qualifications for this position are as follows:

• Relevant experience of 0-2 years.
• Educational qualifications must include BCA/MCA/BE/BTech.
• Experience with automation scripting, frameworks, and tools such as Java and Selenium.
• Knowledge of testing concepts, including test management and the defect life cycle, as well as familiarity with ALM tools like VSTS.
• Skills in ETL testing.
• Familiarity with performance testing tools and techniques, such as JMeter.
