Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for Quality systems of the existing process.
2. Conduct QC & Call monitoring based on designed SOP across identified projects.
3. Provide feedback to the team regularly and document it in emails and CAPA trackers.
4. Identify training needs and propose/execute training programs for team improvement.
5. Create and review SOPs.
6. Learn new processes and monitor their implementation in the team.
7. Suggest process changes for improvement and follow up & monitor execution.
8. Prepare required reports and present them during reviews.
9. Manage the CAPA tracker.

Qualifications:

• Life science background with product knowledge and at least 5 years of overall experience, preferably in MICC.
• Strong documentation skills.
• Exposure to audits and support the team from an audit readiness perspective.
• SOP creation and management.
• Knowledge of quality check processes, execution of QC, and report presentation.
• CAPA management.

Desirable Skills:

• Previous experience in a similar role within the healthcare or technology industry.
• Certification in quality management or related field.
