Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute automated and manual tests.
• Participate in design and code reviews, mentoring team members, and influencing technical direction.
• Maintain automated test jobs in a deployment pipeline.
• Contribute to the shared test framework.
• Collaborate closely with software development teams during product design.
• Define clear test plans covering all use cases and scenarios.
• Triage failed automated test executions and report defects.
• Coordinate bug hunts for user feedback on new features.
• Identify test cases to isolate faults and improve testability.
• Coordinate test efforts for projects involving multiple teams.
• Perform exploratory testing to refine requirements and isolate bugs.
• Build trust and maintain relationships with product management and development teams.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent work experience.
• 2-3 years of experience is preferred.
• Knowledge of automated processes in AWS environments is advantageous.
• Experience with OOP programming languages such as Java.
• Ability to work independently.
• Strong communication skills and experience in multicultural teams.
• Quick learner with excellent problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of agile testing methodologies and CD best practices is a plus.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with Linux OS and AWS.
• Familiarity with test tools like Selenium or JMeter.
• Proficiency in Python or other scripting languages.
• Experience in performance and load testing for enterprise applications.
• Knowledge of multi-tier web applications and technologies like HTTP, JavaScript, and JSON in SOA.
