Gridcamp is seeking a creative and motivated results mastermind/ QA Lead to be part of our Technology Team. We’re looking for campaigners interested in visioning, managing and testing performant webapps. You’ll be responsible for architectural thinking and conceptualization these operations, as well as coordinating with the brigades responsible for other layers of the product structure. Post development, you’ll be responsible for the leading new and being Quality Assurance enterprise, and will be necessary in managing QA processes, driving test styles, threat analysis, resource planning and estimating for customer systems.
Erecting a product is a largely cooperative trouble, and as similar, a strong platoon player with a commitment to perfection is needed.
RESPONSIBILITIES (AS QA LEAD)
- Experience with managing specialized systems (scrum, timelines and platoon operation).
Using nimble methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver results. - Training, mentoring, and supporting scrum brigades to follow nimble values, principles, and practices.
- Determining and managing tasks, issues, pitfalls, and action particulars.
- QA professional with 3 times software assiduity and operation experience.
- Five times test robotization experience with a minimum of three times at a elderly position.
- Experience in opting, designing, and enforcing test robotization and performance testing.
- Strong hand- on experience with any testing tools in Test Management & Bug Tracking (Jira, HPQC, Rally, qTest, Zephyr).
- Robotization Testing with Selenium, QTP, UFT, Appium.
- Performance Testing (cargo Runner, Performance Center, Jmeter , Grinder).
nonstop Integration (Jenkins, Docker, Maven, Bamboo, TeamCity, Ant).
RESPONSIBILITIES (AS SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT)
- Write stoner stories, produce specialized design croakers grounded on conditions handed by mate and BA.
- produce Development timelines and resourcing conditions, grounded on compass & product roadmap.
- Define specialized armature.
- Manage sprints, sprint backlog, conduct Sprint meetings.
- open inventors on specialized questions
- Work nearly with BA and own SDLC, product development operations and specialized armature.
