About the Role in HTC Global Services
We are seeking an experienced SAP Testing professional with strong expertise in Tricentis Tosca to design, develop, execute, and maintain automated test scripts for SAP applications.
The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with SAP functional, technical, and business teams to ensure high-quality SAP solution delivery through comprehensive testing and automation strategies.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with SAP functional and technical teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective test scenarios.
- Perform end-to-end testing, including:
- Functional Testing
- Integration Testing
- Regression Testing
- Performance Testing
- Design and maintain detailed:
- Test cases
- Test scripts
- Test data
- Monitor, log, and track defects; verify resolutions and fixes.
- Ensure adherence to QA standards and best practices across the testing lifecycle.
- Create and maintain test documentation:
- Test plans
- Test results
- Test coverage matrices
- Conduct risk-based testing to prioritize critical functionalities.
- Identify automation opportunities and drive automation initiatives using Tosca.
- Collaborate with:
- SAP functional consultants
- Developers
- Business analysts
- Stakeholders
- Work with development teams to resolve defects and improve overall solution quality.
- Continuously optimize testing processes using the latest Tosca capabilities.
Required Skills & Expertise
- 5+ years of experience in SAP Testing.
- Strong hands-on experience with Tricentis Tosca Automation Tool.
- Experience in SAP module testing and validation.
- Strong understanding of QA methodologies and automation frameworks.
- Ability to perform integration and regression automation efficiently.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and documentation skills.
- Excellent stakeholder communication skills.
