Qualification Requirements:

• Proven experience in QA roles, preferably in fintech or lending startups.
• Familiarity with genAI assisted automation tools is a bonus.
• Experience in ensuring the quality of high-impact processes, particularly in loan booking.
• Ability to work in a startup environment with a proactive and ownership mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough testing of loan origination processes to ensure high-quality releases.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into test cases.
• Prioritize and execute test cases based on the criticality of loan booking processes.
• Identify and report bugs, working closely with developers to ensure timely resolution.
• Maintain and update test documentation for loan origination procedures.
• Ensure compliance with quality standards and procedures.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in QA roles, preferably in fintech or lending startups.
• Familiarity with genAI assisted automation tools is a bonus.
