Qualification Requirements:

• Fresher or experienced candidates up to 3 years of experience
• Certification in manual testing preferred
• Knowledge of the insurance domain preferred

Company Overview:

Responsibilities:

• Estimating, planning, and coordinating testing activities
• Ensuring quality issues and defects are appropriately identified, documented, tracked, and resolved in the defect tracking system
• Reviewing functional and design specifications to ensure full understanding of individual deliverables
• Backend database testing in Microsoft SQL environment
• Identifying test requirements, mapping test case requirements, and designing test coverage plans
• Developing, documenting, and maintaining functional test cases and other test artifacts
• Executing and evaluating manual or automated test cases and reporting test results
• Holding and facilitating test plan/case reviews with cross-functional team members
• Identifying potential quality issues and escalating them to management
• Isolating, replicating, and reporting defects, and verifying defect fixes
• Hands-on experience and knowledge of Bugzilla

Required Skills:

• Knowledge and understanding of ASP.NET, C#, SQL Server 2008/R2
• Understanding of CSS, Ajax, JQuery, JSON, SQL Reporting Services
• Understanding of JavaScript, WCF, WPF, Web Services, OOPs Concepts
• Understanding of SDLC
• Understanding of Mobile Apps
• Hands-on experience with Bugzilla

Desirable Skills:

• Certification in manual testing
• Experience in the insurance domain
