Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform testing of AI-based conversational products
- Monitor and enhance QA processes and standards
- Ensure data quality awareness across teams
- Analyze and improve AI model accuracy
- Provide detailed testing feedback to improve system performance
- Create and execute test plans, test cases, and automation scripts

Required Skills
- Strong experience in Manual & Automation Testing
- Hands-on with Selenium, TestNG/JUnit, Rest Assured
- Experience in API testing and scripting (Java/Python)
- Knowledge of CI/CD tools (Jenkins, Git, Maven)
- Solid understanding of:
- Functional & Non-functional testing
- Test planning and execution
- Familiarity with databases (MySQL)
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Preferred Skills
- Experience with performance testing tools (JMeter)

Qualifications
