Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain software solutions following Lean & Agile methods, adhering to quality and security (SecByD) rules, and leveraging state-of-the-art DevOps practices.
• Write clean and beautiful code, ensuring ease of maintenance, scalability, and reusability.
• Conduct testing and debugging, and provide technical support for diagnosing and resolving simple incidents.
• Implement minor changes to existing applications and maintain associated documentation.
• Work closely with business partners or UX/UI experts to provide a great User Interface/User Experience (UI/UX).
• Execute unit tests and plans, optimizing quality, security, and consistency.
• Detect, analyze, report, and solve malfunctions, incidents, and bugs.
• Contribute to change management, communication, and training.
• Build and support automated deployment of solutions, especially in a product mode.

Qualifications:

• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Hands-on exposure to programming languages
• Familiarity with software engineering principles and various delivery frameworks

Required Skills:

• Proficiency in programming languages (specific languages not specified)
• Understanding of software engineering concepts and practices
