StartBit Solutions is seeking a seasoned Manual Tester with 2-3 years of experience to join our dynamic team. This position offers a competitive salary and the opportunity to work with a growing technology company dedicated to innovation in software development.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute detailed test plans and test case documents.
• Perform compatibility testing across various browsers and devices.
• Execute test cases for all phases of the testing process and report defects/bugs promptly.
• Conduct thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved.
• Coordinate with multiple teams on different tasks assigned.
• Work within an Agile development environment.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of experience in manual testing.
• Profound understanding of testing concepts, terminologies, and the software development lifecycle.
• Experience in web application testing and browser/device compatibility testing.
• Basic understanding of programming language concepts.

Required Skills:

• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to be an effective team player.
• Experience working in an Agile development model.
