Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Performance Testing Lead with strong expertise in LoadRunner, Dynatrace, and AWS cloud services. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring application scalability, reliability, and performance across cloud-native environments.
This role requires strong analytical thinking, hands-on scripting expertise, and the ability to monitor, diagnose, and optimize distributed systems.
Mandatory Requirements
- ✅ 5+ years of experience in Performance Testing using LoadRunner
- ✅ Proficiency in Dynatrace for application performance monitoring and diagnostics
- ✅ Hands-on experience with AWS services including:
- EC2
- RDS
- S3
- CloudWatch
- Lambda
- ✅ Basic to intermediate Linux skills:
- Shell scripting
- System monitoring
- File management
- ✅ Familiarity with scripting languages:
- C
- Python
- Bash
- ✅ Understanding of:
- System architecture
- Cloud computing concepts
- Networking fundamentals
