• Test Case Preparation: Develop test cases for product/platform/solution deployment.
• Quality Assurance: Ensure 100% adherence to quality parameters.

1. Key Tasks:

• Understand test requirements and design test cases.
• Author test plans based on business needs.
• Implement Wipro’s testing methodologies.
• Conduct peer reviews to minimize rework.
• Collaborate with development team for test case identification.
• Define testing scope and participate in UAT.
• Automate test lifecycle processes using VB macros, scheduling, etc.
• Design and execute automation frameworks.
• Develop and automate tests for software validation.
• Manage test defects and report progress.
• Provide feedback on usability and serviceability.
• Prepare and distribute test status dashboards.
• Ensure effective communication with stakeholders.

Job Description: Role Purpose

1. Understand Test Requirements: Comprehend the testing needs and design test cases for the product.
2. Author Test Plans: Develop test plans aligned with business requirements and testable criteria.
3. Implement Testing Methods: Utilize Wipro’s testing methodologies, including Model-Based Testing, for efficient test case generation.
4. Peer Review: Ensure thorough peer review of test cases to minimize rework.
5. Collaborate with Development: Work with the development team to identify and document test cases, ensuring version control.
6. Define Testing Scope: Set criteria, parameters, and scope for testing, and participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
7. Automation: Automate test lifecycle processes using tools like VB macros, scheduling, and GUI automation.
8. Automation Framework: Design and execute automation frameworks, including reporting functionalities.
9. Test Development: Develop and automate tests for software validation, including setting up test environments, designing test plans, and executing test cases.
10. Defect Management: Ensure proper documentation and reporting of test defects, adhering to project norms.
11. Reporting: Prepare and distribute test status dashboards at the end of each test cycle, providing feedback on usability and serviceability.
