Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement QA processes and procedures to ensure overall quality of software products.
- Design and execute test plans and test cases to identify and resolve defects.
- Manage and lead a team of QA testers, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure software meets design specifications and is free of defects.
- Monitor and analyze testing metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and new testing technologies and methodologies.

Requirements:
- At least 8+ years of experience in manual software testing
- Strong understanding of software development and testing methodologies
- Experience with test management tools
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Excellent data analyzing and review skills.
- Great eye for detail
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering or a related field
- iOS, Swift, and React Native skills.
