Join the Alexa Customer Journeys team as a Quality Assurance Engineer, where you’ll test cutting-edge solutions and experiences built with Large Language Models (LLMs) and other generative technologies in a fast-paced environment surrounded by a team dedicated to excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Utilize industry-leading technical abilities to significantly improve product quality.
• Develop and design new methodologies and techniques for testing, including advanced Machine Learning and Deep Learning methods.
• Understand and apply test strategy, authoring test plans and test cases with minimal guidance.
• Own test planning, execution, and reporting processes.
• Collaborate with peers and engineers to automate repetitive tasks or test cases.
• Enforce and report on operational and quality metrics, identifying inefficiencies in the test process.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of quality assurance engineering experience.
• Proficient in automation testing.
• Skilled in manual testing.
• Experience in UI and API automation testing using tools like Selenium or SOAPUI.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in API & Mobile testing.
• Strong skills in designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets to ensure appropriate and adequate coverage and control.
