About the Role
Alignerr is seeking AI Chatbot Testers to interact with artificial intelligence systems and evaluate the quality of their responses. Your feedback will play an important role in improving the accuracy, safety, and overall performance of AI-powered chatbots.
In this role, you will engage in conversations with AI models, analyze their responses, and provide structured feedback that helps refine and enhance future AI systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage in conversations with AI chatbots across multiple topics and scenarios
- Evaluate chatbot responses based on helpfulness, accuracy, clarity, and safety
- Identify issues such as:
- Incorrect or misleading information
- Awkward phrasing or unclear responses
- Bias or unsafe outputs
- Test chatbot capabilities using creative and challenging prompts
- Document findings and insights using structured evaluation forms
