Basic Qualifications:

• 1+ years of quality assurance engineering experience
• Experience in automation testing
• Experience in manual testing
• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI)

Description:

Amazon Pay is expanding beyond its traditional confines within Amazon, and the External Merchant Platform team is at the forefront of this expansion, particularly focusing on High-Frequency Categories like Travel and Entertainment products. The team is dedicated to developing a seamless payments solution and enhancing the merchant experience, with the ultimate goal of scaling exponentially while maintaining customer and merchant trust.

Responsibilities:

• Define test design and test plans, and review them with stakeholders
• Continuously improve test coverage, identify and address gaps in existing automation
• Understand customer usage of the system and include relevant end-to-end user scenarios in test plans and automation
• Scripting and coding knowledge required
• Collaborate in a highly entrepreneurial and collaborative environment

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in API & Mobile testing
• Experience designing and planning test conditions, test scripts, and test data sets
• Knowledge of engineering practices and patterns for full software/hardware/networks development life cycle
• Experience testing backend services
• Experience with code coverage, profiling, and performance/load testing
