Job Responsibilities:

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents to provide timely feedback.
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases.
• Perform tests on current products and identify deficiencies.
• Report issues found, and verify resolved issues.
• Suggest solutions to identified product problems and conduct end-to-end testing of projects/products (mobile and web apps).
• Investigate product quality to make improvements for better customer satisfaction.
• Collaborate with the Product Development team to ensure consistent project execution.
• Identify and suggest actions to improve QA process bottlenecks.
• Plan, create, and manage the overall Quality Planning strategy.
• Collect quality data and perform regression testing.
• Oversee continuous improvement projects.
• Investigate causes of non-conforming software and train users to implement solutions.
• Track QA metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
• Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies.
• Prepare and present reports and metrics to Senior Management.

Required Skills:

• 3+ years of proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer.
• Expertise in UI Testing, Test Driven Development Strategies, web security technology, and other testing techniques.
• Proficiency with software QA tools and processes.
• Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases.
• Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing.
• Hands-on experience with automated testing tools.
• Solid knowledge of SQL and scripting.
• Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process.

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with performance and/or security testing.
