Role Overview
Cognizant is seeking an experienced Sr. Test Analyst with strong expertise in EDI standards and Facets Claims & Billing systems. The role focuses on ensuring system quality, operational efficiency, and improved customer satisfaction through structured testing practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive test plans and test cases for EDI and Facets systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure complete test coverage.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects; coordinate timely resolution with developers.
- Maintain and update test documentation aligned with system changes.
- Utilize automated testing tools to enhance efficiency and coverage.
- Participate in requirement reviews to ensure testability and quality compliance.
- Monitor and report test progress with actionable insights.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities.
- Guide junior team members and contribute to continuous process improvement.
- Ensure adherence to industry standards and testing best practices.
