🎯 Role Overview
As a Test Network Administrator, you will supervise and maintain the test network infrastructure to ensure optimal performance. The role involves troubleshooting software and hardware issues, managing partner relationships, supporting customers under SLAs, and contributing to process improvements.
This is a hands-on technical role combined with administrative responsibilities in a collaborative, customer-focused environment.
🛠 Key Responsibilities
✅ Network Supervision & Troubleshooting
- Monitor and maintain test network performance
- Troubleshoot software, hardware, internet, and mobile network issues
- Ensure smooth operations of hosted devices
✅ Partner & Operations Management
- Manage partner onboarding, contracts, payments, and relationships
- Handle shipping logistics and customs clearance
- Provide SLA-based customer support
✅ Process Improvement
- Propose ideas and initiatives for operational enhancements
- Balance routine administrative work with technical initiatives
💡 Required Skills & Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant experience
- Strong troubleshooting skills (software & network)
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Fluent English)
