About Program Mercury
Program Mercury is a large,multi-year, enterprise-wide process metamorphosis that will replace further than 1400 EY business systems and affiliated processes with an integrated, SAP centric platform that will regularize and harmonize conditioning throughout the association and significantly ameliorate how EY manages its business.
Program Mercury is a crucial enabler for EY, directly supporting the sweats of several metamorphosis enterprise across the establishment by streamlining the operation portfolio, reducing operating costs and furnishing a platform to deliver services more efficiently.
About The Mercury Support Team (mst)
As an association concertedly possessed by the business and IT, the MST is a centralized and global association which will give functional support for the delivered Mercury result and manage and support the Mercury stoner community.
The MST will play an integral part in governance of the Mercury result and the global template from both a business and IT perspective and will evolve to work nearly with the business in enabling the benefit and value to be realized from the investment in Program Mercury and to set the unborn direction and technology road chart to support EY vision.
The Opportunity
The MST Functional Test Lead will be responsible for the test planning, allocation, prosecution, collaboration and test deliverables. Lead the platoon in clapping the process and coordinating colorful testing sweats including SIT and UAT.
Able to interact with merchandisers and stakeholders. Follow the process and programs outlined by the quality center of excellence. Experience in nimble methodology. Strong SAP functional testing knowledge and experience, experience around test tools including ALM, good communication chops.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Lead the test brigades and conduct colorful phases of testing.
- Lead the platoon to convert conditions into effective functional test cases ensure the test deliverables on- time with quality ensure platoon cleave to the EY/ MST QE CoE.
- Lead disfigurement lifecycle and follow- up with separate functional/ business brigades for check.
- Communicate with business leads and give applicable support Work with global brigades.

Knowledge And Skill Requirements
- Experience of having worked on large, global IT deployment programs including preparing for go-live and supporting the immediate post go- live period.
- Nice to have robotization test tools witness Test Lead experience in SAP terrain.
- Significant experience around disfigurement operation, Change Release Management and Quality Management.
- Track workload, assign tasks, and tutor inferior platoon members.
- Experience of working without-location brigades Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication, and organizational chops.
- The capability to work and teaming effectively with guests and other operation labor force across topographies.
- Inflexibility to acclimate to multiple demands, shifting precedence’s, nebulosity and rapid-fire change.
- Capability to understand, integrate and lead virtual cross-cultural, cross-border brigades.
Experience
- minimal of 10 year IT affiliated experience.
- minimal 3- 5 years’ experience in test lead/ test collaboration part.
- minimal 3- 5 years of test lead experience in SAP terrain.
- 3-year experience in HP- ALM(Microfocus).
- Good to have experience in Test robotization tools.
- One or further professional instruments to condense formal education.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline.
Certification
- Attained ISTQB Foundation in Software Testing or equivalent.
