QA Tester in ERP Domain (HRMS, Fusion, FMRE, Wheels, RPA)
We are seeking a skilled and dedicated QA Tester to join our team in the exciting world of ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) domain, specifically focusing on HRMS, Fusion, FMRE, Wheels, and RPA applications. The role involves ensuring the quality of our products through both manual and automation testing, using industry-standard tools.
Responsibilities:
- Manual & Automation Testing: As a QA Engineer, you will be proficient in conducting manual and automation testing for Mobile and Web Applications, utilizing industry-standard testing tools.
- Requirement Understanding: You will be responsible for gaining a detailed understanding of the application requirements, workflow, and analysis. This understanding will be used to prepare comprehensive test cases and ensure proper test maintenance.
- Automation Test Frameworks: You will play a crucial role in crafting robust automation test frameworks and scripts for various test automation projects.
- Test Suite Preparation: Your responsibility will include the preparation of Test Suites, both Automated and Manual, and you will conduct test procedures and executions accordingly.
- ERP & Web Application Testing: Previous experience in testing ERP and Web-Based applications is essential for this role.
- Communication Skills: Strong client-facing and internal communication skills are vital, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients.
- Written and Verbal Communication:
You will possess excellent written and verbal communication skills to articulate test results and issues clearly and concisely. - Organizational Skills: Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask will be essential to handle various testing tasks efficiently.
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate/Postgraduate with a degree in Technology (any stream).
- Strong technical background, including hands-on experience in Oracle HRMS, PL/SQL, integrations, APIs, and user hooks, along with familiarity with fast formulas.
- Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Solid organizational skills with great attention to detail and multitasking abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Preferred graduate/post-graduate in Electrical/Electronics/Computer Science Engineering.
