Role Summary
Infosys Limited is looking for an experienced Python Automation Network Tester with strong networking and security expertise. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in network testing, automation using Python, and validating secure network deployments in enterprise environments.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 A Day in the Life of an Infoscion
- Demonstrate thorough knowledge of Networking fundamentals and OSI layers.
- Apply strong understanding of network security concepts and secure network design/deployments.
- Work hands-on with:
- Firewalls
- IPS (Intrusion Prevention Systems)
- Security management systems
- Routers and Switches
- Test platform/network products with a focus on quality and performance.
- Develop and execute Python-based automation scripts for network testing.
Technical & Professional Requirements
- Experience using traffic generator tools and performing performance testing.
- Strong programming and automation skills in Python.
- Ability to debug and troubleshoot network and operating system issues.
- Experience working in Agile environments is preferred.
