About the Role
Infosys Limited is looking for experienced IT Testing professionals with expertise in performance testing. As part of the Infosys Quality Engineering team, you will be responsible for designing test strategies, executing performance tests, and ensuring software quality through effective testing practices.
You will collaborate with project teams and clients to deliver high-quality solutions while following established testing processes and standards.
Key Responsibilities
Test Planning & Strategy
- Develop detailed test plans and strategies for performance testing projects.
- Estimate testing effort and create schedules for project execution.
- Define testing requirements aligned with project objectives.
Test Design & Execution
- Prepare and review test cases, test scripts, and test scenarios.
- Execute performance testing activities using appropriate tools.
- Ensure accurate validation of system performance and scalability.
Defect Management & Quality Assurance
- Analyze test results and review outcomes to identify issues.
- Manage and track defects while supporting defect prevention activities.
- Work with development teams to resolve issues efficiently.
Collaboration & Delivery
- Interface with clients and stakeholders for issue resolution and updates.
- Monitor project plans and track testing progress.
- Support successful solution delivery by maintaining testing quality standards.
