🌟 Role Overview

As a Software Tester at Innovins, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality, performance, and reliability of websites, mobile applications, and software solutions across diverse projects.

You will collaborate closely with developers, project managers, and designers to identify issues early and deliver seamless user experiences before product releases.

🚀 Key Responsibilities

• Review and analyze system specifications and business requirements
• Create detailed, structured test cases and comprehensive test plans
• Perform manual testing for web, mobile, and backend systems
• Conduct functional, regression, UI/UX, and cross-browser testing
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools such as Jira or Trello
• Work closely with developers and project managers to resolve issues efficiently
• Suggest usability enhancements and UX improvements
• Participate in test planning, execution, and reporting
• Ensure overall product quality and contribute to process improvements

Skills & Responsibilities Snapshot

🎓 Qualifications & Experience

• 1–3 years of experience in manual software testing
• Strong understanding of QA methodologies, tools, and processes
• Hands-on experience testing websites and mobile applications
• Ability to write clear, concise, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Basic knowledge of SQL and API testing (preferred)
• Experience with bug tracking tools like Jira, Bugzilla, or similar
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and documentation skills
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field (preferred)
