Job Overview
J.P. Morgan Wealth Management is a global leader in investment and wealth management services, supporting institutions, high-net-worth individuals, and retail investors worldwide.
As a UAT Analyst within the Wealth Management Operations team, you will lead functional and regression testing for systems supporting Asset & Wealth Management business processes. The role involves validating new system outputs through parallel runs, preparing test data, documenting test assets, and ensuring complete test coverage and traceability.
You will also collaborate closely with Operations and Technology teams to identify and resolve defects while generating detailed testing reports to support release decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform functional and regression UAT testing for systems supporting wealth management operations.
- Support parallel testing runs to validate results between new and existing systems.
- Prepare and document UAT scenarios, test cases, and test scripts with end-to-end traceability.
- Define and create high-quality test datasets for accurate validation.
- Identify, analyze, and track defects while coordinating with Operations and Technology teams for timely resolution.
- Produce monthly and quarterly testing reports outlining progress, results, and defect trends.
- Contribute to test automation initiatives and continuous testing process improvements.
Required Qualifications
- Experience working in a testing or technical support environment with hands-on test preparation and execution.
- Basic understanding of accounting, reconciliation, and trade processing concepts.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience in defect identification, analysis, and reporting.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate in team environments.
- Ability to manage multiple applications and releases with strong time management.
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with test automation tools.
- Experience coordinating parallel testing and cross-system validation.
- Ability to generate structured testing reports, dashboards, and metrics.
