Responsibilities

As a Specialist, you will:

• Execute functional test cases to ensure software applications meet specified requirements and quality standards.
• Identify, document, and track software defects, collaborating with the development team to resolve issues.
• Participate in test planning and design activities to improve test coverage and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, business analysts, and project managers.
• Monitor and analyze testing progress, providing regular reports and updates to stakeholders.
• Continuously improve testing processes and methodologies.
• Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in functional testing.

Qualifications

• Must-Have Skills:
  • 6 months to 2 years of experience in functional testing.
  • Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
  • Good analytical skills for understanding requirements, designing test cases, and identifying defects.
  • Attention to detail to ensure thorough testing of all aspects of the software.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Proficient in designing, executing, and documenting test cases, plans, and reports.
  • Domain knowledge in SAP, Salesforce, Cloud Technologies, or the Construction Industry is a plus.
• Good to Have:
  • Basic knowledge of automation testing.
  • Basic knowledge of Database/SQL Queries.
