4. Conduct manual and automated testing of software products to ensure they meet the desired quality standards.
5. Monitor and analyze performance metrics to ensure software products are performing optimally.
6. Continuously improve and optimize the QA process to increase efficiency and effectiveness.
7. Work closely with the product and project management teams to ensure that the software products are meeting the desired requirements.
8. Participate in agile development methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, or XP.
9. Use tools such as JIRA, Selenium, or TestRail to manage test cases and track defects.
10. Stay up to date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure that the QA process is up-to-date and effective.
