Role Overview
We are looking for detail-oriented and motivated individuals to join our Quality Assurance team as QA Testing Interns / Freshers. This role offers hands-on experience in testing real-time web and mobile applications, ensuring product quality through structured testing processes and defect tracking.
This position is part of an Internship-to-Hire program, providing an opportunity for full-time employment based on performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze business and technical requirements to understand application functionality
- Design, document, and execute test cases (manual & automation)
- Identify, report, and track defects using tools like Jira
- Perform functional, regression, and usability testing
- Prepare test reports and maintain testing documentation
- Collaborate with developers to resolve issues
- Participate in team discussions and quality improvement initiatives

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Software Testing concepts
- Knowledge of SDLC and STLC

- Good communication (written & verbal)
- Bachelor’s degree in B.E / B.Tech / BCA / MCA / B.Sc (IT/CS)
