Responsibilities:
- Create detailed QA artifacts, including test plans, and establish effective QA processes and practices to enhance testing coverage.
- Collaborate with technology, product, and operational leadership teams to evaluate quality assurance tools, technologies, and frameworks.
- Develop strategies and metrics for continuous improvement of software quality, such as manual test plans, automated testing technologies, and performance and load testing frameworks.
- Define and maintain quality assurance policies, processes, and procedures.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to a team of QA Testers and assist resources involved in specific projects.
- Contribute to business development activities by engaging in in-depth discussions with clients or prospective clients about the QA process.
- Oversee test plan execution, monitor and report on test execution and quality metrics.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand product vision and requirements.
- Maximize the use of automation testing to improve testing efficiency, coverage, and delivery.
- Analyze and interpret qualitative and quantitative findings from tests, monitor bug resolution efforts, and track results and known defects.
- Assist in maintaining and developing the regression testing approach and lead regression cycle testing.
- Gain understanding of project and customer context, objectives, and use cases.
- Contribute to project functions, including attending standups and planning meetings, identifying and resolving issues, and participating in risk and hazard identification and analysis.
- Prepare and test client releases.
- Provide hands-on installation support for clients.
- Responsible for installing and updating hosted client environments.
- Perform other duties as required.

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in software testing in a QA role.
- Experience with automated testing tools is beneficial.
- Strong problem recognition and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in working with relational databases and querying languages, particularly T-SQL.
- Solid understanding of agile processes, SDLC, and CI/CD. Experience with TFS/Azure DevOps is an advantage.
- Knowledge and experience in release management are highly valued.
- Excellent analytical, interpersonal, prioritization, and organizational skills.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team and interact with stakeholders and clients.
- Proven ability to escalate issues when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree.
