The following are the responsibilities expected from an individual in this position:
- Show a strong dedication towards testing high-quality systems using best practices
- Capable of handling and coordinating multiple tasks at the same time
- Develop test plans
- Write and run test cases
- Capable of creating and implementing test cases in a rapid prototyping environment with minimal supervision
- Possess excellent communication skills, both written and spoken
- Conduct software testing and quality assurance tasks
- Identify and evaluate new testing technologies
- Review project requirements and assist in estimating project timelines.

The following skills and experiences are necessary:
- A strong background in regression, integration, and system level testing.
- Ability to perform manual testing, including writing test cases and executing them.
- Exposure to various domains, quality assurance (QA) methodologies, and QA documentation.
- Experience in developing test plans, test metrics, and test scenarios.
- Participation in the full software development life cycle (SDLC) and software testing life cycle (STLC) for at least one application.
- Knowledge of frontend testing using different tools is an added advantage.
Nice to have:
It would be advantageous to possess knowledge and actively participate in requirements gathering and analysis. Having knowledge of SQL would be a valuable asset. Experience in API testing would also be beneficial. Additionally, having exposure to working in an Agile/Scrum environment would be a nice-to-have.
