Drone’s Online Business platoon is looking for a QA mastermind to test the functional and specialized aspects of B2C including eCommerce and Online capabilities.
As a QA mastermind on our platoon, you ’ll contribute to both our homemade and robotization testing sweats.
You should have attention to detail and fidelity to deliver high- quality results.
To be successful, you should be tone- motivated; driven to achieve and exceed commitments. You also need to transude exceptional collaboration chops, including the capability to tutor and be guided.
This position will mate with Business Systems Judges, inventors and Product directors to understand business conditions and unite with multiple technology brigades to ameliorate quality and Zoom’s online client relinquishment.

Responsibilities
- Apply stylish practice processes in the areas of functional, system, and retrogression testing using a combination of primer and automated testing.
- Define test compass, write, and execute test plans and suites for web, packaged, and mobile operations.
- Report and track blights to check suitable to execute multiple systems while managing issues and mollifying pitfalls.
- Perform root cause analysis of product bugs and report the same to all stake holders.
- Meet aggressive delivery timelines, coordinate well with remote brigades, have the inflexibility of working the time differences, and proactively break problems.
- Keep stakeholders well- informed of testing progress and status, articulating issues, problems, impacts, and support needs unite with cross-functional brigades and make connections to co-ordinate E2E testing.
- Communicate easily and effectively with all situations of business druggies, specialized brigades, and operation across the association suitable to juggle disagreeing/ changing precedence’s and maintain a positive station in the face of extremely grueling and fast- paced deliverables.
Qualification
- A minimum of 6 years of applicable work experience to explosively demonstrate the following chops and knowledge Test design and operation, communication chops, logical chops, interpersonal chops, and group facilitation chops.
- This should include experience with disfigurement shadowing tools and working knowledge of test and disfigurement life cycle and how it ties to the SDLC process.
- A minimum of 6-year applicable experience in testing any e-commerce, subscription billing, and payment operation platforms (Packaged or Custom).
- Solid understanding of software development lifecycle, testing methodologies, QA language, and processes.
- Successful track record of executing QA for large cross-functional programs.
- Knowledge and experience working in nimble software development.
- Knowledge and experience working on life cycle operation tools like Jira, DevOps, Zephyr, and TestRail.
- Knowledge and experience working on SFDC, Zuora SMP, and Oracle CPQ is an added advantage Knowledge and experience.
- Test robotization tools like Selenium, Tosca, and Appium are an added advantage former experience testing web Services (Cleaner, REST, and Micro Services) is good to have.
