QA Engineer – Product, India

You’ll mate with Zoom’s Product directors & Systems Judges to understand business conditions and ensure quality of the Contact Center products. Responsibilities
- ollaboration with Business & Product Management brigades to involve in design, development, attestation of the changes.
- Work with result engineers, inventors, and business judges to understand the functional conditions, process flows in an nimble terrain.
- Collectively contributing to both primer and retrogression testing of our internal/ external systems and recommending applicable measures for QA processes and tools.
- Focus on testing SaaS systems configurations and customizations.
- Design high- quality test plans and prosecutions of enterprise position systems while communicating statuses, pitfalls to both technology and leadership brigades.
- Find, insulate, regress, and track bugs to find the most effective resolution.
- Perform Root Beget Analysis on QA issues and report them to all business stakeholders and design directors robotization in Selenium with Java or python or applicable experience is obligatory.
- Be largely motivated and demonstrate the amenability to learn and to grow within the part.
- Measure, inspection, and judge software quality and suggest advancements.

Requirements
- Bachelorette’s degree in Computer Science/ Computer Engineering or original.
- 5 years of overall quality assurance experience in a SaaS terrain.
- 3 years of experience in software testing and robotization in long- term enterprise position places.
- Must have worked in a nimble scrum platoon as a QA mastermind (Homemade testing & Web robotization).
- Operation testing experience in integrations with 3rd Party tools and other business systems.
- Experience managing test cases in concurrent systems in a presto paced and dynamic terrain.
- Moxie in designing robotization frame along with developing, executing and maintaining robotization testing scripts.
- Demonstrated knowledge of testing stylish practices, interpretation control practices and disfigurement operation practices.
- Continued focus on perfecting Enterprise systems QA through optimizing procedures, proposing tools and evolving programs.
Preferred Qualifications
- Good to have strong reporting( in robotization/ document/ jira) and communication chops
- Good to have experience in API robotization and REST assured fabrics..
- Experience in pall and devops (integration with Jenkins, Allure and AWS).
- Good to have experience using JIRA and Trestrail.
- Good to have exposure in WebdriverIO and Robot frame.
