Esko, a global leader in integrated software and hardware solutions for packaged goods, is seeking a skilled QA Engineer to join their team in Bangalore, Karnataka, India. Qualification Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Printing/Packaging Technology
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Quality testing on ERP or other workflow solutions
• Experience in managing customers/customer requests
• Experience in coordinating with multiple teams and stakeholders
• Knowledge of working in the Packaging Industry
• Some experience in Graphic Software’s like Artpro+/Adobe Illustrator

Responsibilities:

• Validate Statements of Work (SOW) received from Sales/Customer at the beginning of the project
• Execute and validate customer workflows
• Log any discrepancies and follow up with the Solutions team to resolve issues
• Demo solutions to customers and gather feedback
• Ensure customer satisfaction and strive for first-time right solutions

Qualifications:

• Proven track record in detecting bugs and validating quality
• Ability to build relationships with internal departments and external customers
• Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
• Ability to understand and interpret business needs
• Experience in managing and understanding backend processes/ERP

Desirable Skills:

• Experience with ERP/Graphics/Packaging Knowledge
