Role Overview
The Senior Software Test Engineer will be responsible for designing and executing comprehensive test strategies to ensure product reliability, performance, and security. This role includes manual testing, automation testing, database validation, system-level testing, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Design detailed test plans, test cases, procedures, and scripts.
- Develop protocols covering usability, regression, performance, and real-world testing scenarios.
- Analyze database impacts to ensure data integrity and optimized system performance.
- Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with developers and stakeholders to resolve issues efficiently.
- Maintain structured documentation for compliance and knowledge retention.
- Implement and maintain automation frameworks aligned with testing requirements.
- Participate in project planning, estimation, and roadmap execution.

Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Electrical/Electronics Engineering, or related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on software testing experience.
- Experience with systems software, machine-based applications, or kernel/driver-level development (preferred).
- Strong understanding of debugging, root cause analysis, and automation environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and collaborate across teams.
