The role involves using application testing frameworks, automated monitoring tools, and structured testing procedures to identify and resolve bugs.
The candidate will coordinate with developers, IT staff, and customer service teams to ensure product quality and timely resolution of issues. The role also includes preparing hotfixes if defects are identified after deployment.
