🛠 Key Responsibilities
- Understand business requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
- Design clear and structured test cases, test scenarios, and checklists
- Perform manual testing (functional, UI, regression)
- Conduct smoke, sanity, regression, and exploratory testing
- Log, track, and retest bugs using tracking tools
- Collaborate with developers, product owners, and QA team members
- Participate in sprint meetings, reviews, and defect triage
- Ensure quality standards are met before every release
🎓 Qualifications
- BE / B.Tech / ME / M.Tech in Computer Science, IT, or related fields
- Minimum 75% academic score
💡 Required Skills
- Basic understanding of SDLC & STLC
- Knowledge of software testing fundamentals
- Ability to write and execute test cases
- Clear and structured bug reporting skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Basic knowledge of one programming language (Java / Python / JavaScript)
