🔧 Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with design teams to understand product specifications
• Create test plans, develop characterization and production test programs
• Design ATE hardware interface boards
• Debug and characterize silicon on ATE and correlate with bench results
• Perform statistical yield analysis and resolve yield-related issues
• Optimize test time while maintaining product quality
• Support failure analysis and design validation activities
• Define and implement test strategies for Motor Controller/Driver products
• Develop qualification hardware and perform silicon validation
• Work with production teams to release products to volume manufacturing
