Job Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented Test Engineer with 1.4 to 6 years of experience in manual testing, preferably within the healthcare domain. The ideal candidate should have strong testing fundamentals, hands-on SQL knowledge, and the ability to design and execute effective test plans and strategies.
Key Requirements
- 1.4–6 years of experience in manual testing (Healthcare domain preferred)
- Experience working with SQL databases
- Strong knowledge of test design techniques and execution
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and proactive (“go-getter” attitude)
Must-Have Skills
- Strong expertise in test design, testing concepts, and test execution (3/5 proficiency)
- Server experience is mandatory
- Ability to design and create test plans and test strategies (3/5 proficiency)
- Exposure to healthcare standards and regulations such as:
- DICOM
- HL7
- IHE
Good to Have / Optional Skills
- Knowledge of healthcare compliance frameworks
- Experience working in regulated environments
