📌 Job Summary

🎯 Role Overview

As a QA professional, you will be responsible for end-to-end testing across functional, automation, API, and performance domains. You will work within an Agile/Scrum delivery model, ensuring business requirements are validated thoroughly and high-quality releases are delivered consistently.

This role demands strong automation expertise, performance validation, and seamless collaboration with cross-functional global teams.

🛠 Key Responsibilities

✅ Functional & Manual Testing

• Understand business requirements and validate them through detailed test cases
• Create comprehensive test procedures for Manual, Automation, and UAT phases
• Execute functional, regression, and integration testing
• Record, analyze, and report defects effectively
• Verify bug fixes and ensure adherence to acceptance criteria

✅ Automation Testing

• Design and develop automation frameworks using:
  • Robot Framework (Preferred)
  • Playwright
  • Cypress
• Automate test cases to improve coverage and efficiency
• Maintain and enhance automation scripts

✅ API Testing

• Perform API testing using Postman and similar tools
• Validate integration across multiple system components
• Ensure data integrity and response validation

✅ Performance Testing

• Conduct performance testing using tools such as:
  • JMeter
  • Locust
• Evaluate scalability, reliability, and system behavior under load
• Identify bottlenecks and recommend optimization

✅ CI/CD & Agile Collaboration

• Integrate automation and performance tests into CI/CD pipelines
• Utilize Azure DevOps or Jira for test management and reporting
• Collaborate with development and program management teams
• Work effectively with onshore, offshore, and nearshore teams

💡 Required Skills

• 5–7 years of hands-on experience in QA
• Strong knowledge of Functional, Automation, API, and Performance Testing
• Experience in Agile/Scrum environments
• Proficiency in:
  • Python (Preferred) or JavaScript
• Experience with Azure DevOps or Jira
• Strong analytical and defect reporting skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced, deadline-driven environments
