The purpose of this role is to prepare detailed test cases and perform comprehensive testing of products/platforms deployed at client environments, ensuring 100% adherence to quality assurance standards and SLA compliance.

| UAT Participation | Define testing scope and participate in User Acceptance Testing |
| Defect Management | Log defects with clear replication steps and track resolution |
| Dashboard Reporting | Publish test execution dashboards for stakeholders |
| Customer Interaction | Maintain high-quality communication and SLA adherence |
| Process Tracking | Update efforts in eCube, TMS, and other project trackers |
