🎯 Job Overview
Fime is seeking a Senior Test Analyst to join its Service team in Bengaluru. The role focuses on delivering high-quality testing services within the Payment and EMV domain, ensuring compliance with industry standards and supporting customers with technical expertise.
🔍 Key Responsibilities
✔ Technical & Testing Activities
- Conduct test sessions as per Quality Assurance Plan
- Analyze EMV test data and provide detailed insights
- Prepare comprehensive test reports
- Understand customer-specific testing requirements
- Develop and maintain technical documentation
- Provide technical consulting and debugging support (remote/on-site)
- Act as technical point of contact for customers
- Coordinate qualification of test tools with vendors
✔ Additional Responsibilities
- Review and authorize test reports
- Deliver internal technical training sessions
- Support audit preparation and participation
- Participate in new service implementation and service improvement initiatives
- Engage in discussions with payment authorities such as:
- Mastercard
- Discover
- RuPay
- Provide high-level technical support to internal teams and customers
- Plan tasks autonomously and ensure quality delivery
🧠 Required Experience
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in the Payment industry
- Hands-on experience in Payment / EMV domain
🛠️ Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of EMV APDU commands and response formats
- Experience coordinating with payment schemes
- Understanding of ISO standards:
- ISO 17025
- ISO 8583
- ISO 7816
- Familiarity with Quality Systems and procedures
- Strong analytical and communication skills
